FAQ
Ordering is very simple! 👌 You choose your favorite product, select the correct size if necessary and click on 'ADD TO CART'. The product is now placed in your shopping cart! Take a look around the webshop and when you are completely satisfied with your cart, click 'ORDER'. On the checkout page you then follow all the steps to complete your order! Please note: check all your details carefully and make sure they are filled in completely, from experience we know that the house number can quickly be forgotten. If this is successful, you will receive an order confirmation by email, so that you know for sure that the order has reached us correctly.
We will then do what is necessary to send your order. We send the packages every Thursday.
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation immediately. Didn't receive an email? First check your spam! If you can't find it there, something probably went wrong when filling in your details... 🙁 Check your account to see if you entered the correct email address and if you can find the order. Can't find the order or didn't create an account to check your email address? In that case, send me an email and we'll get back to you as soon as possible!
Unfortunately, it is very difficult for us to adjust placed orders, let alone cancel them! 🙁 The reason for this is that orders are immediately recorded by our system and passed on to the couriers. If you have made a mistake with your order, you can of course always send an email as soon as possible and we will see what we can do for you!
You will receive a confirmation email with track & trace from us as soon as your package leaves here! If you can't find this email after checking your spam folder, you can always send us an email at gipsyhorsesranch@outlook.com 💕 You can also always check your account because the status is also shown here, so it is always a good idea to create an account! 😊
